Project Description:
This project is focusing on Indiana’s Farm to School Network. We are describing current relationships, and interest, in Farm to School among farmers and school system food service directors.
Expected Student Contributions:
The student will help organize data by developing themes in food service director interview data via NVivo10; organizing data from farmers’ self-reports; and examining Farm to School activities based on IN Farm Census data. Once data are organized, student will assist in analyzing for crosscutting themes through all data sources.
