Project Description:
Student researcher will be working as part of a multidisciplinary team to evaluate/develop a biofilter that is used to improve indoor air quality and save energy in highly efficient commercial buildings.
Expected Student Contributions:
The biochemistry student will develop a test chamber and use it to investigate/optimize the mechanisms used by plants to metabolize volatile organic compounds in air.
