Project Description:
We develop laser based method for produce nanoscale materials including nanowires, which are used for the development of electronic devices, and chemical and biological sensors.
Expected Student Contributions:
The undergraduate student will work with graduate students to perform materials synthesis, characterization, and testing.

Desired Qualifications:
Mechanical, Electrical, Materials engineering or physics students, entering senior year in fall 14, with an interest in experimental work and a GPA>3.5.
