Project Description:
The abberrant storage of choelsterol ester is shown in a broad spectrum of aggressive human cancer. The goal of this project is to develop a nanomedicine that inhibits the storage of cholesterol ester in aggressive tumor cells, in order to prevent tumor spread. The project will involve formation of the nanomedicine and testing of its performance in laboratoray cell cutures.
Expected Student Contributions:
the student will work closely with graduate students in my group, will learn stills in cell culcutre and perform cell analysis independently.

Desired Qualifications:
GPA above 3.6 previous lab experience.
