Project Description:
Developement of protein 3D structure prediction algorithms, protein-protein docking prediction algorithms, electron microscopy image analysis. Analysis of biological networks.
Expected Student Contributions:
The intern will help with developing and executing programs on a proteomics scale. This task will help develop the database of computational analysis of genomes of organisms.

Desired Qualifications:
programming skill in any language (C, C++, Perl, Java, Python, etc.) or background in a related area (e.g. physics, mathematics) and eager to learn bioinformatics and computational skill
