Project Description:
The biowall is a wall of living plants that is integrated with the HVAC system in a home to improve air quality and potentially reduce energy use.
Expected Student Contributions:
The research intern will help refine and test a pre-commercialization version of the biowall in the Applied Energy Laboratory.

Desired Qualifications:
Looking for a student with coursework or expertise in Horticulture, Botany, Landscape Architecture, or a related field. The research intern will be working in collaboration with Enginering Technology students who have expertise with HVAC systems.
