Project Description:
Lipid-based systems have attracted much interest in recent years across the biotech, pharmaceutical and food industries along with the growing interest and investments in nanotechnology based products.The objective of this project is the preparation and characterization of lipid-based systems to enhance nutraceutical and food additive delivery.
Expected Student Contributions:
The student will help in the laboratory with the preparation of formulations containing lipid-based materials. Characterization of the product is also important.

GPA acceptable, chemistry is desirable, no special training is required but a must on the following: commitment, motivation and reliability.
