Project Description:
Exploring successful mentoring projects using a review of literature, interviews, or reports for any academic disciplines. Synthesize a meta-analysis to determine common characteristics that could be applied to the design of a mentoring program for students or faculty.
Expected Student Contributions:
The student will be involved in all stages including identification of available data, identification of additional data that should be collected, and developing a plan to regularly collect and analyze the data.

1 minimum GPA of 3.0 2 sophomore status or higher 3 proficiency with Microsoft Office tools a plus
