Project Description:
Determine the current characteristics and demographics of female students and faculty in non-traditional majors. Determine career-decision influences through survey or questionnaires.
Expected Student Contributions:
The student will be involved in all stages of the project including identification of available data and data collection instruments; identification of additional data to be collected and design or adapt an instrument for that purpose; and developing a plan to regularly collect and analyze the data.

1 minimum GPA of 3.0 2 completed a minimum of 30 credit hours of college courses 3 completed at least one college statistics/math course 4 willing to complete human subjects online training, if needed 5 proficiency with Microsoft Office tools a plus
