Project Description:
Robotic systems for teleoperation with haptic feedback have been used for various applications. In this project, you will design and build a haptic telerobotic system with a commericalized robotic arm and a haptic device. The goal of this research is to use haptic technology for remote object play and manipulation.
Expected Student Contributions:
The intern would contribute to this research through the assembly and testing of the haptic telerobotic system, and potentially through scholarly output such as posters or publications.

Desired Qualifications:
Highly motivated junior or senior in Engineering, Science, or Technology interested in robot control and manipulation using a heptic device. 3.0 or higher GPA. Strong hands-on skills
